I believe it was around October I decided that I would not be ordering a #decemberdaily kit from Ali Edwards for 2015. It was a tough decision, because I have loved my previous three kits from Ali & this years kit looked even better than the previous years, but the decision had to be made and was based on my current situation. Firstly I have a huge & I mean huge box full of past leftover Christmas themed paper & embellishments that really needed to be used & the items are still very current in terms of style & design. Secondly, this half of the year has been crazy busy for me in terms of my study, I had a three week placement in a school and I have two units to complete over the Christmas period so I was not even sure at the time that I would get one finished. Thirdly, the cost of shipping to Australia & the low dollar at the time of placing an order seemed almost ridiculous. So my idea of an 'Organic December Daily' kit was born.
I am sharing with you today the layouts I have created so far for my album.
So.... This is my title page.
Next is the right-hand side of Day One, I won't be sharing publicly the left-hand side as its part of a class at Elle's Studio, you can find out more about that here I'm so excited to be a part of this wonderful class and the products from the kit are just amazing, you will see them pop up in some more layouts through-out the month. The class is only $4.99, so not only is it worth looking at, its not expensive either.
Next is my Day Two layout called 'Wrap'.
Lastly for this post is Day Three, called 'Tinsel', notice a pattern, yes this year each day will have a 'Christmas' theme/word. I wanted to try something different this year.
I'm creating when time permits, I've decided that I'm in no rush, I wanted to spend as much time as I can with my children this Christmas, and I do promise to share here on my blog and over on Instagram more layouts soon.
