See I totally meant that, it is Friyay around here, a special little miss turned nine today, I am so proud to be her mum, honestly she is one of the coolest, cruisiest, grooviest kids I know (apart from me of course).
Right lets do this, as it says above, today I am sharing with you my Project Life Mini Album that I created today, it is one of the easiest albums I have made, so hopefully you can do it too.
I started with a bunch of Studio Calico cards that I had left over from previous kits, a card ring that I purchased in a pack of x18 from Dasio & a hole punch, now I happened to pick up my star hole punch by accident, but after seeing the results, I totally meant it (insert sarcasm). I also grabbed other embellishments such as stamps, tabs, stickers & wood veneers to go inside. Whatever you have will do.
This particular album will be for miss eleven who will be going on school camp soon, hence the 'H' wood veneer attached to the inside of the Gossamer Blue camera, very cute, plus I love black anything. I stapled the camera with a tiny attacher & the wood veneer was glued down.
Next pl card is left blank ready for miss eleven to add a photo (she has her own Instax camera) or even some journaling, whatever she chooses. I glued down the 'who' from the Far Far Away kit from Studio Calico as a hint to what she could do, doesn't hurt to give them ideas even at eleven!
'We are made of Stories' stamped on this pl card where she can add another photo on the card to the left (the green card you can see there) or again journaling on the left hand side.
'Who' card from Studio Calico & tag from Gossamer Blue, attached with a glue runner, left for a photo or journaling, as she is eleven there will no doubt be lots of photo's with friends.
Last card has room for either a photo or journaling & because it will be a Friday that she returns the tab across the top was added with my tiny attacher. I added few more blank coloured pl cards to the back which can be easily taken off the ring & placed between any pl card she chooses. After hole punching each card in the top left hand corner, I added the pl cards to the silver ring & closed it up. I'm really happy with how it turned out, & so is miss eleven, I'm going to pack a little travel kit to take with her on camp, shh that parts a secret, so she can do this on the go. If she has time that is.
So nice you came by my blog today, give a Project Life mini album a try & tag me #hellotodaycreateplminialbum on Instagram so I can see your masterpiece.
