I started the morning like any other morning, my girls jumping on me in bed repeatedly giving me kisses, face squeezes & then demanding breakfast be served. I love it.. I embrace it. I love being a full-time mum. Even if it was early, very early. I enjoyed my second cup of coffee for the morning & wandered to my studio to get my project life layout ready for tomorrow, I'm a routine kind of girl so this is just what I do every Saturday. I look through the kits, choose my photos to match the journaling cards. Next I choose the embellishments that go with the colours & my design for the layout. This is my favourite part.
I'm taking part in a challenge on Instagram called #365craftingtime. A challenge set by the lovely Sabine over at Moments to Live for, you can find her blog here. She wished for a new challenge after taking part in #oneyearofcups so set about creating a new challenge. It's pretty simple, craft everyday. Check out her blog for the rules. As you can see from my photographs above they don't have to be big crafty/creative projects. I love a challenge & hope I can create something everyday. Follow the hashtag on Instagram to find all the participants & their crafty journey.
I have set the challenge for miss ten at home for the school holidays, she created this dream-catcher. Isn't it sweet. She's so creative.
This is the kit I'm using for my Week 39 project life layout, Poets Society from Studio Calico, its an amazing kit. Lot of goodness packed into that small box.
So I ended my day with this cup of coffee, I lost count how many I have had today, I'll just go & count all the coffee cups placed randomly around my house. Some half drunk because I couldn't resist some cuddles with my kiddos.
