I've always wanted to invest more time into my project life as well as blogging however, like many people time is of the essence and I don't have a lot of time spare, I work, I study (education), I'm a mum, I'm a wife, I'm a daughter, I'm a sister and I'm a friend. I read a lot of blogs & I get so inspired by many & so I made a decision that I'm very happy with, this is what I want, to find time to do what I love. I need it, I crave it, I'm a creative type, always have been & can't see that changing, ever!
I've had a love affair with paper & stationery since I was a little girl. Collecting stationery kits was my thing along with pens, erasers, stickers & stamps (yes you read correctly paper bags, I love packaging, you know what I mean!). So when a friend asked if I would like to go to a stamping class, I didn't hesitate. I was getting married and I wanted to have a go at making my own cake bags, so this is where it started, stamping and embossing a wedding cake stamp onto over 100 cake bags (if you're wondering, they were white with a silver cake on them) & they turned out fantastic. Then along came journaling, scrapbooking & then Project Life.
Anyway, with the school holidays comes a little more free time [I say little, because with three children that's what it is] & I've decided to give it a go, cause you know I have all this free time up my sleeve ;).
To celebrate my new blog, I've opened a new tab for downloads
[you can find it at the top of this page & on the right hand sidebar I have a button for downloads]. This is where I will share some ideas I've been storing in my creative mind for a while now. I'm so excited. Hope you like them. I will show you soon how I've used them in my own project life layouts.
All the best
